RHODE ISLAND YMCAs

Promoting and supporting healthier living is at the heart of all that the YMCAs do. With a focus on “Activating America ®,” addressing issues of childhood obesity and lifestyle-related chronic diseases in adults, the YMCA’s are prioritizing efforts to help individuals adopt and sustain healthy behaviors and lifestyles.

All six Rhode Island YMCA Associations belong to the State Alliance of Rhode Island YMCAs: Newport County, Ocean Community, Pawtucket and Central Falls, Greater Providence, Smithfield and Woonsocket.
